Stan Miroshnik

CEO and Co-Founder of Element Capital Group, LLC
Stan Miroshnik is the co-founder and CEO of Element Capital Group, LLC, a full-service advisory company for the digital asset economy. He brings over 15 years of executive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, equities, and a depth of relationships in financial technology. Prior to founding the Element Group, he was the CEO of The Argon Group, and a Managing Director at Rosemount Consulting Partners, a structured finance advisory firm. Previously he was an Executive Vice President of Strategy and M&A for TNK-BP, a global energy company. Mr. Miroshnik started his career at Morgan Stanley where he was an Executive Director with investment banking roles across New York, London, and Moscow. He is a prolific early stage investor, has served as an advisor and a board member to multiple early-stage companies, and is passionate about the emerging blockchain technology and its capital markets implications. Mr. Miroshnik holds a BS and a BA from Berkeley in Business and Molecular Biology, and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Marina Khaustova

Marina Khaustova is a CMO and co-founder of Element Capital Group, LLC, a full-service advisory company for the digital asset economy. Ms. Khaustova founded several extremely successful startups in Europe, such as SeoPult, SeoPult.TV, Digital Click and others. The combined clientele of the services provided by the above exceed a million customers. She has also co-founded an SEM, SEO and contextual advertising education center, CyberMarketing, with the number of students exceeding 70,000 people – one of the largest such educational institutions in Europe. Her experience includes 12 years of entrepreneurship, developing global online services and high-loaded systems.

Konstantin Antropov

Co-Founder of Element Capital Group, LLC
Konstantin Antropov is a co-founder of Element Capital Group, LLC, a full-service advisory company for the digital asset economy. Mr. Antropov has over 13 years of experience in asset management, equities, corporate finance and private equity, and has gained a deep understanding of crypto economics and the digital capital market. Before founding the Element Group, he spent over three years as a cryptocurrency and options trader based on algorithmic and quant strategies for a Chinese family office. Before that he was CFO of Ecogen, one of the largest private equity funds investing in renewable energy in the Baltic States. He started his career in the division of SEB Asset Management, one of the largest Scandinavian banks, as an Investment Strategist, managing a sizable portfolio for a sophisticated investor base, including pension funds and high net worth individuals. Mr. Antropov holds a BS from Stockholm School of Economics.

Kirstan Barnett

Co-Founder of Element Capital Group, LLC
Kirstan Barnett is co-founder of Element Capital Group, LLC, a full-service advisory company for the digital asset economy, and Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Investment Committee Element Digital Asset Management LLC, advisor to the Element Digital Funds. Ms. Barnett has over twenty years of executive experience in corporate finance, asset management, emerging markets and the start-up company space. For over a decade she was the partner of a top-tier SEC registered hedge fund with over $10 billion aum and in institutional investor base. As its first General Counsel, she built out its legal and compliance structure, directed all regulatory and media matters, led high-stakes litigation teams and initiated an operational risk infrastructure review. An active early stage investor, Ms. Barnett serves on the Investment Committee of Castor Ventures, an early stage venture fund focused on investments affiliated with her alma mater, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is the Founder of SheGives, a philanthropic foundation focused on effective altruism. Ms. Barnett holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire, a JD from Georgetown University Law School and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
